If you own a FUJIOH FR-MS2390 or FR-MS1990 Cooker Hood, we'd love to hear from you.

We are inviting selected customers to participate in a Home Interview Study, where our team will visit your home to better understand your experience using your FUJIOH cooker hood.

During the session, we'll have a casual conversation about your experience and observe how you clean and maintain your cooker hood. With your permission, we'll also record a short demonstration of the cleaning process for internal research purposes. (User faces will not be captured)

As a token of our appreciation, eligible participants who complete the interview will receive a gift worth up to $250.

Participation includes:

• A home visit by the FUJIOH team at a mutually convenient time.

• A short interview about your cooking and cleaning experience.

• A simple demonstration of how you clean your cooker hood.

• Approximately 120 minutes.
